Taking bookings now for 2026 and for 2027

1. Are you legally authorised to marry us?
Yes! I’m a registered civil marriage celebrant, which means I can legally officiate your wedding and take care of all the official paperwork too - nice and easy.

2. Are you available on our wedding date?
The best way to find out is to get in touch! Once I confirm availability, I can also help talk through timing and location details.

3. What’s included in your fee?
My fee covers planning meetings, ceremony creation, officiating on the day, and handling all legal documents. If there are any additional costs (like travel), these are always discussed upfront - no surprises.

4. Can we personalise our ceremony?
Absolutely. This is your day. You can include personal vows, readings, rituals, cultural elements, or keep things simple and relaxed - I’ll help shape a ceremony that feels like you.

5. How long does a civil wedding ceremony usually take?
Most ceremonies run for around 15-25 minutes, but it’s completely flexible depending on what you’d like included.

6. How does the process work from booking to the big day?
Once you book, we’ll meet (in person or online), chat about your vision, and I’ll draft your ceremony. You’ll have plenty of time to review and tweak it before the wedding day.

7. Do you help with writing vows?
Yes! I can provide guidance, prompts, and sample vows - or help polish what you’ve already written so it sounds natural and heartfelt.

8. What paperwork do we need to get married?
I’ll guide you through everything, including the Notice of Intended Marriage, ID requirements, and timelines - and make sure it’s all lodged correctly.

9. What happens if something unexpected comes up on the day?
Don’t worry - I’m calm, flexible, and experienced. Whether it’s weather changes, late arrivals, or last-minute tweaks, I’ll help keep things running smoothly.

10. Have you officiated weddings like ours before?
Very likely! I’ve worked with couples of all backgrounds and love stories - including elopements, intimate weddings, blended families, LGBTQIA+ couples, and destination-style ceremonies.

11. Can you travel to our wedding location?
Yes - I’m happy to travel for your celebration! Let me know where you’re planning to say “I do,” and we’ll chat through the details.

12. Do we need to have a rehearsal?
Rehearsals aren’t required, but they can be helpful for larger weddings or if you want extra peace of mind. I’ll let you know what I recommend based on your plans.

13. Can we include children, family, or friends in the ceremony?
Absolutely. From kids’ vows to family readings or special moments, I love helping couples include the people who matter most to them.

14. What if we want something simple and low-key?
That’s perfectly okay! Whether you’re dreaming of something intimate, relaxed, or beautifully simple, I’ll create a ceremony that feels just right - no fluff required.
